HOUSE LEAGUE FAIR PLAY PRINCIPLE

• Each player shall play for at least half of the scheduled duration of the game.

• No player shall be substituted a second time until all other players on the team (except the goalkeeper) have already been substituted for at least once during that game unless, as to the player being substituted for a second time,

           - he / she is being substituted for due to injury to or illness of him / her
           - he / she has requested to be substituted for.
           - he / she agrees to be substituted for a second time before all
             other players on the team have been substituted for at least once.
