STATUS STATEMENT

The Mount Hamilton Youth Soccer Club is a volunteer run not-for-profit corporation.

The Club's Directors are elected by the membership at the corporation's Annual General Meeting and are responsible for the operation and management of the Club in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and in accordance with the Club rules, regulations and policies that are established and passed by the membership.
